But I know this app exists and works with this printer/scanner because I've used it for the last 5 years. When I search all the available devices for my printer on HP's website, nothing TWAIN comes up. When I go to the "apps" setting on my printer/scanner, it gives me an error message, so I've been unable to locate it that way. I know how to do everything else needed to get this working, but I just need to know how to access the TWAIN App download, so I can continue with this process. I'm moving over to a new computer and cannot, for the life of me, locate this same app to install. I scan regularly for work and this app has been invaluable. I have "HP Scan" installed on my old computer, which uses "HP TWAIN Administration".
